You will often work without deadlines driven by optics, and without constant validation. Decisions are expected to hold up months or years later. When something ships, it stays owned. When something breaks, it is examined — not hidden.

We evaluate your ability to complete real systems. Not whiteboard exercises, but finished artifacts that run in real conditions. We look at how you structure work, how you commit changes, and how you handle complexity when no one is watching.
We assess depth, not breadth. You are expected to understand your domain beyond surface-level tooling — including trade-offs, failure modes, and long-term maintenance implications.
We care about how systems evolve over time. This includes how decisions age, how components interact, and whether the design remains understandable months after initial implementation.
We look for alignment, not conformity. This includes how you communicate uncertainty, take responsibility for outcomes, and respond when assumptions are challenged.
